Agriculture Secretary Emmanuel F. Piñol surveys Bolo-Bolo Spring located in Brgy. Tagmanukan, Lazi, Siquijor, on June 7, 2017 during an inspection of water sources in the province that may be used for water systems development project under the Department of Agriculture. During Piñol’s usual rounds of rural communities under the Biyaheng Bukid initiative of his administration, the agri chief revealed that the area can potentially be a source of agricultural and drinking water.  The Secretary is keen on building irrigation systems for the province to improve production of rice and other agricultural crops. ### (Photo by Alan Jay Jacalan, DA-AFID)
