Agriculture Secretary Emmanuel F. Pinol (middle) formally opens the TienDA sa Cordillera at the Benguet Agricultural Processing and Trading Center in La Trinidad, Benguet on April 27, 2018 through the ceremonial slicing/cutting of the tuna that came from the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources in Region XII. The 2-day TienDA aims to boost trading between the Cordillera and the Southern Philippines by selling agricultural and fishery products at farmgate prices.
