- Ensure the smooth implementation of all DA Foreign-Assisted Projects (FAPs) and Locally-Funded Projects (LFP’s).
- Institutionalize with the Project Development Service (PDS), a system to effect smooth transition from Project Preparation to Project Implementation and from Project Completion to Project Evaluation.
- Provide information/assistance related to the different Foreign-Assisted and Locally-Funded Projects of the Department
