Department of Agriculture (DA) Undersecretary Bernadette Romulo-Puyat leads the toast to officially open the ‘Philippine Harvest meets Bon Appetit’ agri food fair at the Central Square in BGC, Taguig City on September 22, 2017. The three-day food fair is the 6^th leg of the Philippine Harvest and is in celebration of the 70^th Franco-Philippine diplomatic relations.
