The Philippines hosted the 2nd Philippines-India Joint Working Group on Agriculture in Manila on May 18, 2018. The Philippine delegation was led by the Department of Agriculture Undersecretary Ariel T. Cayanan and Dr. S.K. Malhotra, Agriculture Commissioner of the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare headed the Indian delegation. The meeting was conducted in a friendly and constructive manner.
