Agriculture Secretary Emmanuel F. Piñol consults with members of the National Federation of Hog Farmers, Inc., on April 17, 2017 at his office, regarding on how they will come-up with policies to address the probems in local poultry and livestock industry. During the meeting, Piñol assured raisers that his administration will not protect anybody or any interest. He said there will be no policies implemented that do not undergo with consultation with stakeholders.
