Diaz, leads the groundbreaking ceremony for the corn storage facility worth P16-million at the Department of Agriculture-Cagayan Valley Research Center and Facilities in Ilagan, Isabela on May 9, 2017. The eight-hectare research center also include an P11.5-million multipurpose hall where modern farm equipment for corn production can be stored, 12 units of rehabilitated old staff houses worth P12.7-million, dormitory units that can cater up to 100 staff (50 girls and 50 boys), and lodging houses for visitors.
