Acting Agriculture Secretary William D. Dar meets with the members of the Philippine Chamber of Agriculture and Fisheries Inc. (PCAFI) at the Bureau of Soils and Water Management on August 8, 2019, where the agri chief shared his vision and directions to attain growth in the Philippine agriculture. During the meeting, Dar said that he is open to new partnerships and continue existing collaborations with the industry leaders.
