Agriculture Manny Piñol together with other DA officials and stakeholders from the poultry sector gathered at the DA Central Office in Quezon City to conduct a joint consultation in the aim to gather inputs on how to improve the local industry in the country. Piñol disclosed that he wants to leave as a legacy an empowered poultry sector that can deal with all situations. A second round of workshop aimed to develop a roadmap is set within the month, to be attended by key players from the Departments of Agriculture, Trade, Local Government and stakeholders.
