Agriculture Secretary Manny F. Piñol welcomes Japan Agricultural Exchange Council (JAEC) vegetable farmers from Minamikamura, Japan who visited the Department of Agriculture (DA) office on February 5, 2018. The Japan delegation visited the country to learn and see first-hand the cultural management technologies practiced by our local farmers.
