The Fisheries Week of the 2023 National Farmers’ and Fisherfolk’s Month (NFFM) celebration concluded with a recognition ceremony for the fisheries groups and enterprises that participated in the activity from May 22–26, 2023.
The closing ceremony was led by Department of Agriculture (DA) Senior Undersecretary Domingo Panganiban and Undersecretary for Administration and Finance and this year’s NFFM Chairperson Agnes Catherine Miranda who awarded the certificates of appreciation to the following DA event partners:

“Kahit nagtatapos na ang ating NFFM Fisheries Week celebration, hindi naman matatapos ang commitment ng DA sa ating mga mangingisda. We will always pursue excellence and abundance in the agriculture sector as well as prosperity for our farmers, fisherfolk, and the nation,” Undersecretary Miranda said.
