DA Senior Undersecretary Domingo F. Panganiban led the launching and national turnover of the updated Network of Protected Areas for Agricultural and Agro-Industrial Development (NPAAAD) and Strategic Agriculture and Fisheries Development Zones (SAFDZ) Maps on November 15, 2022.
The digital versions of the NPAAAD and SAFDZ maps will serve as critical inputs to local and national land use planning and policymaking, providing updated data for the formulation of strategies for sustainable agriculture and fishery development. ### (photos by Gian Carlo Luague, DA-AFID)
