President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. unveils the first Mobile Soil Laboratory of the Department of Agriculture – Bureau of Soils and Water Management (DA-BSWM), which aims to bring soil testing directly to rural communities, make soil testing information accessible to farmers, and guide them in making informed decisions. 

The mobile soil laboratory will enhance the government’s capacity to bring cutting edge soil testing and analysis directly to farmers and communities across the country.
