Ranibai Dilangalen joins the Muslim community for the International Eid’l Adha Celebration 2017 at the Quezon City Hall on September 4, 2017. Themed “Advancing Philippine Halal Industry for Global Market”, Dilangalen echoed DA Secretary Manny Piñol’s commitment for the advancement of the Halal food industry in the country. As such, the Halal Program, mandated to expedite and improve the local production of the Halal food industry is now part of the DA banner programs, and is set to be allotted a bigger budget. In line with this, a series of roadshows and information dissemination initiatives will soon kick-off to promote Halal, not only for the Muslims but for all Filipinos.
