Agriculture Secretary Emmanuel ‘Manny’ Pinol leads the ribbon cutting ceremony to officially open the celebration of the Bureau of Plant Industry’s (BPI)  87th Anniversary in San Andres St.,  Malate,  Manila.  During the opening program,  the DA chief reminded the BPI and DA employees to live up to the highest standards of government service.
