This serves as notice to the public that the Contract for the requirement: Supply and Delivery of Office Supplies for the 1st Two (2) Months of CY 2024 for LOT 1, LOT 2, LOT 5, LOT 7 and LOT 13 under Request for Quotation No. (RFQ) SH-003-24 through Shopping – Ordinary/Regular Office Supplies & Equipment (Sec. 52.1.b) was awarded to WORK HABITS TRADING  with a total amount of Pesos: Eighty-Six Thousand Six Hundred Fifteen (PhP86,615.00).
