This serves as notice to the public that the requirement: LEASE OF VENUE INCLUDING FOOD AND ACCOMMODATION FOR THE ORIENTATION SEMINAR ON TRADE REMEDIES, FREE TRADE AGREEMENTS AND DISCIPLINES ON AGRICULTURAL TRADE TO BE HELD ON NOVEMBER 21-24, 2023 IN REGION XI under Procurement Request Action Slip (PRAS) No. 23-1548 – MEPD-PRS-TRU through Negotiated Procurement (Lease of Venue) was awarded to GRAND REGAL HOTEL DAVAO (Bank Account: DYNASTY MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION)  with a total amount of PESOS: PESOS: Eight Hundred Forty-Three Thousand Forty (PhP843,040.00).
