The Department of Agriculture, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to lease a venue including accommodation and meals, for the conduct of Food Security Summit (Cluster 3) to be conducted on 8-9 October 2018 in Iloilo City.
The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

- Business Permit;
- Electronically Filed Income or Business Tax Return [Filed through the BIR Electronica Filing Payment System (eFPS)]; or, Annual Income or Business Tax Return; and
- PhilGEPS Certificate/Supplier Organization Profile/Registration.
