The Department of Agriculture, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intended to Lease of Venue including Accommodation and Meals for the Training Cum Workshop on the Revised IIR of Government Procurement Reform Act (RA 9184), Preparation and Evaluation of Bidding Documents and Proposals, GPPB Issuances and COA Circulars related to Procurement on October 8 – 12, 2018 in Region VII.

The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

As such, you are invited to submit your establishment’s quotations/proposals duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than ____ 2018, at exactly 5:00 p.m. for the item described below,

Food and Accommodation (45 pax x 1,800.00 x 5 days)

subject to the Terms and Conditions provided at the dorsal portion of the Request for Quotation (RFQ). Copies of the following eligibility requirements are also required to be submitted along with your quotation/proposal:

1. Business Permit;
2. Electronically Filed Income or Business Tax Return [Filed through the BIR Electronica Filing Payment System (eFPS)]; or, Annual Income or Business Tax Return; and
3. PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration.
