The Department of Agriculture, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intended to Lease of Venue including Accommodation and Meals for the Capacity Building of Monitoring and Evaluation Staff on Results-Based Monitoring and Evaluation of Agriculture Programs (Module 2, Batch 2) on October 15 – 19, 2018in Davao City.

The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

As such, you are invited to submit your establishment’s quotations/proposals duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than ____ 2018, at exactly 5:00 p.m. for the item described below,

2. Electronically Filed Income or Business Tax Return [Filed through the BIR Electronica Filing Payment System (eFPS)]; or, Annual Income or Business Tax Return; and
3. PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration.
