The Department of Agriculture, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intended to lease of venue including accommodations and food provision for the conduct of FY 2018 3rd quarter performance assessment and evaluation of existing Organic Trading Posts (OTPs) Workshop on October 22-26, 2018 in Region IV-A
The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
As such, you are invited to submit your establishment’s quotations/proposals duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than ____ 2018, at exactly 5:00 p.m. for the item described below,

- Business Permit;
- Electronically Filed Income or Business Tax Return [Filed through the BIR Electronica Filing Payment System (eFPS)]; or, Annual Income or Business Tax Return; and
- PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration.
