The Department of Agriculture, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intended to lease a venue including accommodations and meals, for the Public Consultation for the Development of Explanatory Brochure on PNS/BAFPS 13:2004 Fresh Fruit Mangoes – Specification on August 29 – 31, 2018 in Region III (Zambales)
The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
As such, you are invited to submit your establishment’s quotations/proposals duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than ____ 2018, at exactly 5:00 p.m. for the item described below,
