The Department of Agriculture, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intended to lease a venue including accommodations and meals, for the Activity of National Convergence Initiative, “CONVERGENCE AREA DEVELOPMENT PLAN (CADP) WORKSHOP FOR ILOCOS SUR AND CABUGAO RIVER WATERSHED COVERING THE MUNICIPALITIES OF CABUGAO AND SINAIT IN VIGAN, ILOCOS SUR ON SEPTEMBER 4 – 7, 2018”.

The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

As such, you are invited to submit your establishment’s quotations/proposals duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than ____ 2018, at exactly 5:00 p.m. for the item described below,

2. Electronically Filed Income or Business Tax Return [Filed through the BIR Electronica Filing Payment System (eFPS)]; or, Annual Income or Business Tax Return; and
3. PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration.
