The Department of Agriculture, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intended to lease a venue including accommodations and meals, for the conduct of Food Terminal Projects (Municipal and Barangay Food Terminals) Assessment and Strategic Planning Workshop in Region III (Nueva Ecija) on November 6 – 9, 2018.

The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

As such, you are invited to submit your establishment’s quotations/proposals duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than ____ 2018, at exactly 5:00 p.m. for the item described below,

Lease of Venue including Accommodation and Food Provision
Accommodation (98 pax x 600.00 x 3 days = PhP176,400.00)
Full board meals for 4 days (98 pax x 670.00 x 4 days = PhP262,400.00)
Function Hall good for 98 guests (1 unit x 12,000.00 x 4 days = PhP48,000.00)

1. Business Permit;
2. Electronically Filed Income or Business Tax Return [Filed through the BIR Electronica Filing Payment System (eFPS)]; or, Annual Income or Business Tax Return; and
3. PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration.
