The Department of Agriculture, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intended to lease a venue including accommodations and meals, for the conduct of Training/Workshop on the Fundamentals of Unsolicited Public-Private Partnership Projects to be conducted on August 7 – 10, 2018 in Region VII.

The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

As such, you are invited to submit your establishment’s quotations/proposals duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than ____ 2018, at exactly 5:00 p.m. for the item described below,

ABC: PhP155,000.00

Food and Room Accommodation (Lease of Venue-Private Facility)
20 pax x 1,800.00 x 4 days = PhP144,000.00
Vehicle Rental (Tagbilaran-Ubay-Tagbilaran) two (2) vehicles that can accommodate 20 pax; inclusive of gasoline, parking fees and driver
2 vehicle x 5,500.00 x 1 day = PhP11,000.00

subject to the Terms and Conditions provided at the dorsal portion of the Request for Quotation (RFQ). Copies of the following eligibility requirements are also required to be submitted along with your quotation/proposal:

1. Business Permit;
2. Electronically Filed Income or Business Tax Return [Filed through the BIR Electronica Filing Payment System (eFPS)]; or, Annual Income or Business Tax Return; and
3. PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration.
