The Department of Agriculture, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intended to lease a venue including accommodations and meals, for the Orientation of BAFS Standards and Regulatory Activities with the Regional Executive Director’s and BAFS Regional Focal Persons to be conducted on August 21 – 23, 2018 in Region VII (Cebu City).

The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

As such, you are invited to submit your establishment’s quotations/proposals duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than ____ 2018, at exactly 5:00 p.m. for the item described below,

3. PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration.
