The Department of Agriculture, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intended to lease a venue including accommodations and meals, for the 1st Semester Consultative Meeting cum Workshop for RIOs, PIOs and AFID Staff to be conducted on June 27 to 30, 2018 in the Cordillera Administrative Region.

The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

As such, you are invited to submit your establishment’s quotations/proposals duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than ____ 2018, at exactly 5:00 p.m. for the item described below,

3. PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration.
