The Department of Agriculture, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to lease a venue including accommodation and meals, for the Capacity Building on the Pre-Assessment of Potential Subsidy Applicant for Third Party Organic Certification and Development of Internal Control System (ICS) for Small Farmers Group to be conducted on 13-17 August 2018 in Davao (Region XI).
The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

- Electronically Filed Income or Business Tax Return [Filed through the BIR Electronica Filing Payment System (eFPS)]; or, Annual Income or Business Tax Return; and
- PhilGEPS Certificate/Supplier Organization Profile/Registration
