The Department of Agriculture, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to lease a venue (accommodations with breakfast), for the Second Quarter 2018 Quarterly On-Line Submission of the FY 2018 Budget Financial Accountability Reports (BFARS) Through The Unified Reporting System (URS) to be conducted on July 9-13, 2018 at the 4^th Floor Conference Room, DA-OSEC New Building.

The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

As such, you are invited to submit your establishment’s quotations/proposals duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than __________, at exactly __________ for the item described below
