The Department of Agriculture, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to lease a venue including accommodation and meals, for the Stakeholder mapping, and creation of communication and reporting plan for the planned establishment of OA Stakeholders Network to be conducted on 04-06 July 2018 in Batangas City (Region IV-A).
The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
As such, you are invited to submit your establishment’s quotations/proposals duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than __________, at exactly __________ for the item described below

- Business Permit;
- Electronically Filed Income or Business Tax Return [Filed through the BIR Electronic Filing Payment System (eFPS)]; or, Annual Income or Business Tax Return; and
- PhilGEPS Certificate/Supplier Organization Profile/Registration
