The Department of Agriculture, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intended to lease a venue including accommodations and meals for the FY 2017 Assessment of High Value Crops Development Program and FY 2018 Planning in the Implementation of Projects and Activities to be conducted on December 10-14, 2017 in Laguna.
The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
As such, you are invited to submit your establishment’s quotations/proposals duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than __________, at exactly _____ pm for the item described below:

- Electronically Filed Income or Business Tax Return [Filed through the BIR Electronica Filing Payment System (eFPS)]; or, Annual Income or Business Tax Return; and
- PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration.
