The Department of Agriculture, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intended to lease a venue including acco/mmodations and meals for the Regional Information Officers (RIOs), DA-RFO/LGU Farmcasters and AFID Staff Conference cum Assessment and Planning Workshop to be conducted on December 11-14, 2017 in Metro Manila.

 

The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

 

As such, you are invited to submit your establishment’s quotations/proposals duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than __________, at exactly 5:00pm for the item described below:

 

ABC: PhP864,000.00

 

     ***Food and Accommodation including venue rental – 120 pax X P1,800.00 X 4 days

 

Subject to the Terms and Conditions provided at the dorsal portion of the Request for Quotation (RFQ). Copies of the following eligibility requirements are also required to be submitted along with your quotation/proposal:

 

  1. Business Permit;
  2. Electronically Filed Income or Business Tax Return [Filed through the BIR Electronica Filing Payment System (eFPS)]; or, Annual Income or Business Tax Return; and
  3. PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration.
