The Department of Agriculture, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intended to lease a venue including accommodations and meals, for the Training/Workshop on the Philippine Agricultural Engineering Standards (PAES) for Farm-to-Market Roads (FMRs) to be conducted on November 26-30, 2017 in Cebu City (RFO VII).
The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

- Electronically Filed Income or Business Tax Return [Filed through the BIR Electronica Filing Payment System (eFPS)]; or, Annual Income or Business Tax Return; and
- PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration.
