The Department of Agriculture, through its Special Area for Agricultural Development (SAAD), intended to lease a venue, and procure food and accommodations for the conduct of the FY 2017 4th Quarter Special Area for Agricultural Development (SAAD) Program Assessment Workshop to be conducted on 11-15 December 2017.
The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
As such, you are invited to submit your establishment’s quotations/proposals duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than _______________, at exactly ____________ for the item described below, subject to the Terms and Conditions provided at the dorsal portion of the Request for Quotation (RFQ). Copies of the following eligibility requirements are also required to be submitted along with your quotation/proposal:
- Business Permit;
- Electronically Filed Income or Business Tax Return [Filed through the BIR Electronica Filing Payment System (eFPS)]; or, Annual Income or Business Tax Return; and
- PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration.
