The Department of Agriculture, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to lease a venue including accommodation and meals, for the Information Dissemination Activities (Seminar Awareness on Food Safety Related PNS) to be conducted 3-4 September 2018 in Region XII (Gensan).
The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
As such, you are invited to submit your establishment’s quotations/proposals duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than __________, at exactly __________ for the item described below

- PhilGEPS Certificate/Supplier Organization Profile/Registration
