The Department of Agriculture-Bureau of Agriculture and Fisheries Product Standards (DA-BAFS), through the DA – Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intended to lease a venue including accommodations and meals, for the Island-wide seminar awareness on the revised Department Circulars and New Guidelines relative to Organic Agriculture to be conducted on 21-24 November 2017 in Baguio City (CAR).
The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
