The Department of Agriculture, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intended to lease a venue including accommodations and meals, for the activity of the National Convergence Initiative, “Convergence Area Development Plan (CADP) Workshop Using Integrated Ecosystem Management (IEM) Approach for the Municipality of Rizal, Palawan on November 20-24, 2017, in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.
The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

- Electronically Filed Income or Business Tax Return [Filed through the BIR Electronica Filing Payment System (eFPS)]; or, Annual Income or Business Tax Return; and
- PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration.
