The Department of Agriculture, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intended to lease a venue including accommodations and meals, for the Participatory Mapping/Geodatabasing of Twenty (20) Selected Municipalities in Lanao del Sur (1st Batch) to be conducted on 26-29 September 2017 in Cotabato City.
The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
As such, you are invited to submit your establishment’s quotations/proposals duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than ___________, at exactly ________________ 12:00 n.n. for the item described below:

- Electronically Filed Income or Business Tax Return [Filed through the BIR Electronica Filing Payment System (eFPS)]; or, Annual Income or Business Tax Return; and
- PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration.
