The Department of Agriculture-Bureau of Agriculture and Fisheries Standards (DA-BAFS), through the DA – Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intended to lease a venue including accommodations and meals, for the Public Consultative Meeting (PCM) for Development of Philippine National Standard (PNS) Agricultural and Fisheries Machinery and Structures to be conducted on 26-29 September 2017 in Region XI (Davao City).
The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
As such, you are invited to submit your establishment’s quotations/proposals duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than _________, at exactly ________ for the item described below:

- Electronically Filed Income or Business Tax Return [Filed through the BIR Electronica Filing Payment System (eFPS)]; or, Annual Income or Business Tax Return; and
- PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration.
