The Department of Agriculture, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to lease a venue including accommodations and meals, for the Information Dissemination Activities (Seminar Awareness on Food Safety Related PNS) to be conducted on 18-19 September 2018 in Region XI (Davao).
The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
As such, you are invited to submit your establishment’s quotations/proposals duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than __________, at exactly __________ for the item described below

- Business Permit;
- Electronically Filed Income or Business Tax Return [Filed through the BIR Electronica Filing Payment System (eFPS)]; or, Annual Income or Business Tax Return; and
- PhilGEPS Certificate/Supplier Organization Profile/Registration
