The Department of Agriculture, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intended to lease a venue including accommodations and meals, for the activity of the National Convergence Initiative, “Crafting of Convergence Area Development Plan Cum Manual of Operations for Negros Island Region (NIR)” to be conducted on August 14-18, 2017 in Bacolod City, Region NIR.
The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
As such, you are invited to submit your establishment’s quotations/proposals duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than __________, at exactly 12:00 n.n. for the item described:

- PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration.
