The Department of Agriculture, through Agricultural Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (ACEF) – Program Management Secretariat (PMS), intended to lease a venue and procure food and accommodations for the conduct of the DA – Agricultural Competitiveness Enhancement Fund – Orientation Workshop on Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 10848 (The ACEF Extension Law) to be conducted on March 1-2, 2018 in Region IV-A. 

The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

3. PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration.
