The Department of Agriculture, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intended to lease a venue including accommodations and breakfast for AMAS Secretariat during the conduct of 20th Meeting of the National Focal Points for ASEAN Cocoa Club (ACC) on ASEAN Cooperation and Joint Approaches in Agriculture and Forest Products Promotion Scheme Back-to-Back with the 9th ACC Technical Working Group on Food Safety (ACC TWGFS) and the 6th ACC Technical Working Group on Good Agriculture Practices (ACC TWGGAP) Meetings to be conducted on May 15-20, 2017 in De La Salle (DLSU), Manila.

 

The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

 

As such, you are invited to submit your establishment’s quotations/proposals duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than May 3, 2017, at exactly 12:00 n.n. for the item described below, subject to the Terms and Conditions provided at the dorsal portion of the Request for Quotation (RFQ). Copies of the following eligibility requirements are also required to be submitted along with your quotation/proposal:

 

  1. Business Permit;
  2. Electronically Filed Income or Business Tax Return [Filed through the BIR Electronica Filing Payment System (eFPS)]; or, Annual Income or Business Tax Return; and
  3. PhilGEPS Certificate of Registration.
