The Department of Agriculture, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intended to lease of venue, use of function rooms, accommodation including meals for the Conduct of Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) and Reformation of Competency – Based Job Description for Department of Agriculture to be conducted on February 26-28, 2018 in Region IV-A.
The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
