- Certificate of Conduct of Ocular Inspection at BAFS Building before the pre-bid conference (For Lot 1 and 2)-
- Certificate from the General Service Division (GSD) of the Conduct of Ocular Inspection at AMAS Building before the pre-bid conference (For Lot 3 and 4)-
- Warranty for all respective furniture and fixtures to be delivered for one (1) year against any defect.
