Failure of Bidding for the Lease of Venue including Accommodations and Meals for the DA Pool of Experts related Seminar / Workshop: Call of Experts to be conducted on 26-27 September 2017 in CAR (Baguio City) under PRAS 17-1328 – BAFS in the total amount of Seventy Four Thousand  Pesos only (PhP74,000.00) since all proposals received were non-compliant with the conditions stipulated in the Request for Quotation (RFQ).
