The Department of Agriculture, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to lease a venue including accommodation and meals, for the Workshop with the Theme “Mid-Year Assessment of the Office of the Undersecretary for Special Concerns” to be conducted on June 19-22, 2018 at Region IV-A.

 

The lease of venue and accommodations will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.10 of Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

 

As such, you are invited to submit your establishment’s quotations/proposals duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than __________, at exactly __________ for the item described below
