This serves as notice to the public that the requirement: Various Laboratory Glasswares – for Mixing / Measuring /Analysis Preparation / Storage at FDC-Molecular Biology and Bioinformatics Lab for Lot 1, 2, 5, 7,  and 11 under PRAS NO. 21-1400 through Shopping was awarded to Starlab Medical and Scientific Apparatus Supply with a total amount of One Hundred Thirty-Two Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-Four Pesos Only (PHP 132,744.00). And the Partial Termination on Lot 4 and 9.
