This serves as notice to the public that the requirement: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS LABORATORY SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS under Purchase Request (PR) No. 24-0747 – FOOD DEVELOPMENT CENTER (FDC) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. NP-091-24 through Negotiated Procurement (Small Value Procurement) were awarded to the following:

1. INTERLAB ANALYTICS AND SCIENTIFIC SUPPLIES, INC. as the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Quotation for Item Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 17, 21, 23 and 24 in the total amount of Pesos: One Hundred Fifty-Two Thousand Five Hundred (PhP152,500.00).
2. GLENWOOD TECHNOLOGIES INTERNATIONAL, INC. as the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Quotation for Item Nos. 9, 10, 11, 14 and 15 in the total amount of Pesos: Twenty-One Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-Eight and 61/100 (PhP21,748.61).
