This serves as notice to the public that the requirement Replacement of Worn-Out Parts for Isuzu D-Max with Plate No. NAH-7609 under PRAS No. 21-1244  – GSD  through Negotiated (Small Value Procurement) was awarded to Fleetserv Inc. with the total amount of Fifty Eight Thousand Two Hundred Ninety Two Pesos Only (PHP 58,292.00)
